In 2019, Priya Sharma sat in a hospital waiting room as a doctor told her mother she had developed type 2 diabetes — partly from years of consuming highly processed carbohydrates. Priya was heartbroken. She'd been buying "multigrain" atta from a popular brand, believing it was healthy.
When she finally read the label properly, she found maida listed as the second ingredient, followed by artificial colours and bleaching agents. That moment changed everything.
FitGrain was born from a daughter's determination — to build a food brand as honest as the farmers who grow for us and as nourishing as the recipes our grandmothers swore by.
India's packaged food industry had quietly replaced centuries-old grain wisdom with chemical shortcuts. Bleached atta. Refined oils. Synthetic vitamins sprayed onto stripped grains. Consumers were paying more for products that gave them less — and nobody was being held accountable.
FitGrain works directly with 200+ smallholder farmers across Punjab, Madhya Pradesh, and Rajasthan. Every batch is stone-milled — preserving the bran, germ, and natural oils that commercial rollers destroy. We back every product with third-party lab testing and publish our results openly.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for: damaged or tampered products, wrong product delivered, expired/near-expiry items at delivery, or severe quality defects (contamination, foreign objects).
Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. COD orders are refunded via NEFT bank transfer.
We often offer an immediate replacement for damaged or wrong products — usually faster and our preferred resolution. Ask our team!
Cancel within 2 hours of placing (before dispatch) by emailing orders@fitgrain.in with your Order ID. Once dispatched, the return process applies.
